Shipping policy

Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, subject to stock availability. 
• We endeavour to keep our inventory numbers correct, however, if the item is out of stock, we will contact you on receipt of order.

Signature on delivery

• All orders are shipped with Australia Post and require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will bring the parcel to the nearest post office.
  

Delivery address accuracy

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. 
• Address amendments after an order has been dispatched may incur a re-direction fee charged by Australia Post.

PO Boxes

• Australia Post deliveries to PO Boxes are accepted for standard and free shipping orders.
  

Order tracking

• Once your order has been filled and posted, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  

Lost or damaged orders

• If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
